Adam Milstein is the Chairman of the Board at the Israeli American Council. He studied at the University of Southern California and the Marshall School of Business. He also studied at the Technion. He is also the founder of the Adam and Gila Milstein Foundation. He advocates for the Jewish state and the Jewish people. He also helps Jewish students on college campuses. He helps them stay connected to their Jewish traditions and roots. Jewish students on college campuses often face a lot of antisemitism, and Adam Milstein helps them in that regard as well.
Adam Milstein explains that antisemitism on college campuses has risen by forty five percent, an alarming figure. He says that a lot of that has to do with the BDS movement and how it is affecting college students’ understanding of Israel and the Jewish people. He points to a few disturbing cases of antisemitism on college campuses that can in no way be excused as simply opposing Israel’s policies. At UCLA, a student was not allowed to sit on the Judicial Board because they said that as a Jewish person, she must have dual loyalties and cannot be unbiased. That is racism and discrimination based on someone’s race and religion. At Stanford, a young Jewish woman was not allowed to sit on the Student Senate because she supported Israel. At Harvard, Israel’s foreign minister was described as smelly in a public lecture and nobody did anything to stop it. That is also racism and antisemitism and more
Adam Milstein explains that we need boots on the ground, so to speak, at college campuses. These were not isolated incidents. Anti-Israel groups are organizing on college campuses in order to protest Israel. They are intimidating Jewish students. This has led to a number of physical incidents as well.
Adam Milstein explains that in order to fight these groups, we need to organize against them. We need a network just like they have. We have to organize students so that they can go together to counterprotest and more
